จุดเริ่มต้นของเส้นทางความร่วมมือเครือข่ายผู้หญิง 3 ภาค : ภาคเหนือ อีสานและใต้ เรื่องราวของความร่วมมือที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างเครือข่ายผู้หญิงจาก 3 ภูมิภาคของประเทศไทย คือ ภาคใต้ (นราธิวาส ปัตตานี ยะลา ชุมพร ภาคอีสาน (มหาสารคาม) และภาคเหนือ (เชียงราย) เริ่มต้นจากการทำงานในพื้นที่ของกลุ่มผู้หญิง มีความเชื่อว่า “ผู้หญิงทุกคนควรมีโอกาสส่งเสียงในการตัดสินใจและมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาสังคม” ไม่เพียงแต่เป็นการแสดงความคิดเห็นเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นการสร้างพื้นที่ให้ผู้หญิงทุกคนได้แสดงออกและก้าวไปสู่ เป้าหมายพร้อมกัน รวมถึงโอกาสในการมีส่วนร่วมตัดสินใจในทุกระดับของการพัฒนาสังคม จากการพบกันระหว่างเครือข่ายจากภาคเหนือ อีสาน และใต้ ผู้หญิงนำความรู้จากภูมิหลังและสภาพแวดล้อมที่แตกต่างกันมาแลกเปลี่ยนหาจุดร่วมในการเดินทางตามเส้นทางเครือข่าย เพื่อนำไปสู่ผลกระทบที่ยิ่งใหญ่ การเดินทางที่ไม่ง่าย: ความท้าทายของความร่วมมือ การเดินทางของความร่วมมือไม่เคยราบรื่นเลย! สิ่งแรกที่กลุ่มผู้หญิงต้องเผชิญคือความแตกต่างทั้งในด้านวัฒนธรรมและแนวทางการทำงาน […]
บทความ เสียงจากผู้หญิง 8 อำเภอ: สร้างเครือข่ายที่เข้มแข็งและเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน
ในปีแรก โครงการเสริมสร้างองค์กรภาคประชาสังคมและผู้มีบทบาทในระดับท้องถิ่นเพื่อการผลักดันเชิงนโยบาย ซึ่งได้รับการสนับสนุนจาก สหภาพยุโรป ได้สร้างเครือข่ายผู้หญิงใน 8 อำเภอของจังหวัดเชียงราย ผู้หญิงกว่า 402 คนได้มารวมตัวกันเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะและศักยภาพของตนเองอย่างเต็มที่ ผู้หญิงเหล่านี้มาจากบริบททาง สังคม การศึกษา และพื้นฐานเศรษฐกิจที่แตกต่างกัน โดยมีอายุระหว่าง 25 ถึง 60 ปี โดยมุ่งเน้นให้ทุกคนเข้าใจสิทธิและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง พร้อมเสริมสร้างความมั่นใจในการพูดในที่สาธารณะ ผ่านการฝึกฝนที่จะเป็นนักสื่อสารที่มีพลัง และผู้นำหญิงที่พร้อมขับเคลื่อนการเปลี่ยนแปลงในชุมชน การจัดกิจกรรมได้เปิดโอกาสให้เราได้ฟังเสียงจากผู้หญิงใน 8 เครือข่าย ซึ่งมีบทบาทสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นในชุมชน พวกเธอได้สะท้อนผลลัพธ์ที่เป็นความสำเร็จ พร้อมทั้งข้อเสนอแนะที่มีคุณค่า ซึ่งเป็นแนวทางสำคัญในการพัฒนาเครือข่ายให้แข็งแกร่งยิ่งขึ้นในอนาคต ผลลัพธ์ที่ประสบความสำเร็จ: การสร้างความเข้าใจและความร่วมมือ การจัดกิจกรรมร่วมกับผู้หญิงใน 8 อำเภอ […]
